This female is unbelievable! Everyone knows the woman has all the power in a relationship. It's only a matter of how a woman wields that power that makes them evil or not.

Hillary, enough already. You're just looking stupid and manipulative.

GaryPDX [TotalFark] 2008-01-27 03:12:51 PM
Hillary to America: "Sorry guys, Bill was thinking with his dick again."

UN-Farking-REAL

Bill wants back in the White House real bad. He is jonesing, or lewinskiing, for a cigar.

Luckily for most of us, women do tend to think like that.

Before Iowa, the Clintons were treating Obama as if he was just an annoying fly to their bull. Or splug stain to their blue dress.

Now they see momentum go to Obama, and they're freaking out.

GaryPDX: Hillary, enough already. You're just looking stupid and manipulative.

Yep... but what the hell is she going to say to blunt the horrendous damage that Bill has done to her campaign. The going rumor is that Bill's comparison of Obama's campaign to Jesse Jackson's campaign for the nomination was the final straw for Ted.

And Ted is not just endorsing Obama now, he is actively campaigning for Obama. A lot can be said for the Clinton machine... but Ted Kennedy is like a force of farking nature among Democratic leaders and opinion makers. Nearly every major player on the left owes Ted a favor or two. If he cashes in some of those favors we might see dozens more major endorsements and witness a sea change in the direction on the Democratic side of the nomination campaign.

The Clintons' goal is to disenfranchise the young/black voters. They have the boomer vote in their favor, and they'll work with building up from that.
Quite a different strategy from when Bill was in office. He used to have the youth and black votes locked.

But hey, win at all costs, right Billary?

Bufu [TotalFark] 2008-01-27 06:31:24 PM
The two of them deserve to be locked together in a 6 by 6 foot windowless cell for eternity.

The pestilence that is the Clintons...an end to it, I say!

Hopefully Teddy Kennedy can make a dent in the menopause vote.

Please stop, Bill. Go build some houses in Arkansas or something. Have a graceful post-presidency like Jimmy Carter did.

Frank N Stein 2008-01-27 06:40:21 PM
This has been a rough week for Hillary's campaign.

Obama won the South Carolina primary in what the press is calling a "route". Hes nabbed the endorsements of the Philadelphia Inquire, Chicago Tribune, Arizona Star, along with other papers. He also got endorsements from Ted Kennady and JFK's daughter, who called him "A president like my dad".
The press is calling him the next JFK. People were enchanted by his SC victory speech.

Meanwhile, Bill is being seen as petty. Hillary is looked upon as if she cannot fight her own battles. In a poll, the vast majority of people think that she has been unfairly criticizing Obama. Its been noted in the press that she seemed like a mannequin delivering her post defeat speech, barely able to keep up a smile.

A few years months ago the Fark politics threads were full of attacks regarding Iraq, torture, FISA, etc. Now all I'm seeing is the Clintonesque version of Days of Our Lives.

I'm willing to do whatever it takes to avoid that soap opera filling these pages for the next 4-5 years.

I wonder who Jon Stewart is rooting for? Seems obvious that Stewart would prefer Obama over Clinton, but Hillary would make his job easier...

It'll be hiiiilarious to see the Colbert Report with a Dem in office.

Jon Stewart would go easy on either of them. Its sad, but he really only goes after republicans.

Case in point: Many chances for hilarious footage, spoofs, and satire from the last Democratic debate. Jon, however, chose to just make fun of the medias coverage of the debate instead of the three people on the stage.

To be fair, he doesn't have his writers. He has to make this stuff up on the fly - all the shows are improved. I haven't really seen him hit anyone very hard since he came back.

The thing is, the media's reporting of this Primary is the big joke. Clintons being well... Clintons is nothing new. The massive misrepresentation of the facts in the media is the true sin at work.

Don't you remember what he said in 2004? Something along the lines of, "C'mon America, make my job harder! Make me less funny, please!"

Any administration will have plenty of material. And the congressional humor mill never stops.

It's almost as if Bill cares more about getting Hillary into the White House than he does about his own image. I would not have thought...

Yeah, but with some of the nonsensical double talk and petty bickering, you know that Jon would have nailed them if it was a Republican debate.

Hell, he barely covered the Democratic YouTube debate. And that was before the writer's strike.

I'm a fan of the show, but sometimes he just drinks the Donkey koolaid a little too much.

It's the nature of American politics. If you don't pick a side, then nobody backs you.

I've seen Jon Stewart point out ridiculous Democratic politicians many, many times...

That said, they tend to be ridiculous less often than Republican politicians.

I wonder what would be revealed by a study of the percentages of coverage on the Daily Show in regards to the political parties, as proportionate to their general douchebaggery?

NO. ANK. WRONG. Nobody thinks like that. People in comedy do not want the world to be ruined. Idiots asked folks like Stewart and O'Brien whether the Bush wins were good for them, and they flatly said no. They don't think with their wallets, they're plenty full. Comedy doesn't have to come from politics - stupidity is rampant regardless.

You know, do we need another President that needs a handholding in office? I'm getting the feeling (as a Democratic voter for the past twelve years) that Hillary could be seen as another Bush since she's using Bill as a farking shield and life preserver, all in one.

She should probably drop him and move to big girl pants by now. No wonder Obama's handing her ass to her.

What a strange expression. I'm trying to picture Bill behaving as described in this headline, and am confused.

I've been to high school musicals. I've watched my share of TV. I've seen Hollywood's stars on the silver screen. I've even bought front row seats on Broadway. Yet in all these countless thespian experiences, I've never witnessed a hygienic lavage container acting any particular way at all.

I think we need a more illustrative expression.

They should focus on the fact that he's a muslim with so little respect for the country and our flag that he refuses to wear the flag on his lapel. Maybe he'd prefer a crescent pin.

"I'm too smart to be patriotic" might get votes in the Democrat primary, but good luck with that in the general.
