I'd say something about the long, dark night finally being over, but that doesn't quite capture the enormity of the awesome goodness that will be represented by our worthless shiat douche of a jackass mother farking president slouching his coward's hide out of Washington for good.

Eh, I doubt it. They're all the same. Different collar on the same dog as far as political affiliation goes. Politicians are mostly interested in themselves. I'm pulling for Obama mostly because of his "lack of experience" in our jacked up political system. Special interest groups and corporate America doesn't yet own him.

Joey JoJo Junior Shabadoo: /My vote doesn't count, and unless you're in a swing state, neither does yours

It counts for one thing - the ability to biatch, complain, and protest with authority when those in office fark things up. As soon as someone says they didn't vote, but then moan about elected officials, they go on my Wanker's List and I stop listening to them. Voting should be compulsory, as long as you're allowed to vote "abstain" or "none of the above".

That'll really be embarrassing.

I've yet to miss a vote, be it some stupid referendum or whatever, and it pisses me off to no end to hear people complain when they're too lazy to go vote.

We've never had a more embarrassing president than GWB. If Clinton got a hummer on the White House lawn he still wouldn't have compared to this moran.

What fundamentally will change about how business is done in Washington?

Will America abandon the Monroe doctrine?

Will construction halt on the massive fortified garrisonconsulate in Iraq?

Will real diplomatic efforts be made with Russia to halt the growing relations between Russia and China, which would create a credible counter to America's current military domination of the seas?

Or will you simply dress up centuries of horrible repression both internally and overseas in the name of "American Interests" in a well-spoken facade and call it a day?

All of you 85% favorable job approval rating people back in October 2001? Every single one of you people are moran douchebags.

Seriously, fark you. The guy was an ass when he was elected, he did not stop being an ass because some Saudi hijackers wrecked some buildings. A slice of sausage pizza could have made the decision to invade Afghanistan, that was a no-brainer. But Bush predictably farked that up by putting 10x the effort into a totally unnecessary war two countries over. Seven years later, we are losing more troops than ever in Afghanistan.

The way Bush invaded Afghanistan really wasn't well thought out. He sided with the drug lords and launched Russia into a position of power in Afghanistan again.

Only 365 more days till the 44th president of the United states Dick Cheney hands over the job?

I still predict that Shrub will step down after he has pardoned every one of his criminal buddies so that the recently pardoned Dick can return the favor and Pardon Bushy (since he can not do it himself) Rather than trust the 45th president to pardon his criminal activities.

Wait...can he pardon Cheney and then have Cheney pardon him? Erm...That would be a scary proposition. Then again, he hasn't been indicted for anything (even with the liberal witch hunt over the last year), I'm not particularly worried about it. He'll step down and sink into obscurity.

Unlike the nay sayers, I look forward to the next president. Back in 2000 when Bush beat Gore by less than 700 votes in Florida, I kicked back, admitted Bush had won, and accepted his presidency because I like some Republican ideals, i.e. balanced budget, pay off the debt, keep taxes down, spend within the government's means. By 2003, I was amazed what kind of an idiot was running the show with a Republican Congress just kissing his ass with tongue. Even Nixon did some good things for the country, like opening the door with China. I can't really point out any major accomplishment over the last seven years Bush has done. Major farkups, yes, but NOTHING positive.

I, for one, look forward to our new presidential overlord. May she reign forever.
