Why would anyone want the endorsement of a governor sitting on a $14 billion dollar operating deficit? Hell, they recalled his predecessor over a deficit not nearly so large.

Of course, if I was any of these GOP candidates, I'd take anything I could get.

He denies that he's waiting for his 'soul mate,' Michael Bloomberg to enter the race.

subby should have gone with this for the headline, thats some comedy gold right there.

If Ahhhhhnold was going to endorse someone it would probably be 9/11 since hes the most socially liberal repub candidate and Ahhhnold is a social lib, but 9/11 is so far back in the poles and no one likes to endorse a loser.

In a related story, the Rontards have already jacked up the online poll in TFA.

Yes, I saw that. They probably spend their time looking for things like this poll and then attack it.

FTFA: In a race this muddled, sitting on the sidelines is a good strategic decision," said Dan Schnur, who advised McCain during his 2000 presidential bid. "If the governor bets on the wrong horse, it would leave him in a lousy position."

So Ahhhnold is being just another feckless oportunistic pol yet again?

Quelle Farkin' Suprise!

OTOH, this DOES give me a chance to repeat my favorite Ahnold joke of all time...

Why did they let Ahnold marry Maria Schriver in the first place?

They are trying to breed bullet-proof Kennedies!

He's practically a Democrat. I'm sure they'll get over it.

Schwarzenegger is a true RINO. More and more letter writers to the papers are starting to talk about recalling him because of the mess he's gotten this state into. People are finally figuring out that he bases all his decisions on what the people who hand him the biggest checks want.
I would bet if there were a recall on the ballot it would be "Hasta la vista" in a heartbeat.
