I want pi. Where the hell is pi?

As a responsible member of modern society, I have to protest the blatant discrimination against all numbers which are not between 0 and 20. By placing arbitrary bounds, they are imposing their view on the survey that somehow no numbers outside of this range could be favored by more people. For example, what about all the "negative" numbers which continued to be portrayed as "less" than positive numbers? What about fractions? A recent study shows that 70% of our children grow up "hating" fractions. And the U.S Census Bureau released a study showing that negative and non-integer numbers were used by people 80% less often than positive integers. How are these non-PosInt numbers ever going to assume a fair and equal position in our society if we let these trends continue?

Do not take this survey, write a letter to the editor decrying their discrimination; the world cannot change if we remain silent. Write to their advertisers, saying you will no longer visit their site as long as their extremist Numerical Discrimination continues to rear its hateful and ugly head. Changing the world starts with a single step. Let that step be here!

if you don't vote for zero, then the terrorists have one (or two, or three, or four...)

9 FOR LIFE!

What a sorry excuse for a poll.

Twigz221 2008-01-19 12:18:43 PM
Well screw that. My favorite number is 21. How dare they cut off the poll just before my favorite number? I call shenanigans.

I call shennanigans! It's right below a picture of Brett Favre, it's clear that they're trying to skew the answer to "4".

I can't even work up a good "meh" on this one, tried, sorry.

Zero is not a number, it's a place holder, it is the absence of a number.

panfried [TotalFark] 2008-01-19 12:20:21 PM
Four has always been my favorite, the rest can DIAF. suck it libs.

Joce678 2008-01-19 12:21:03 PM
All the mentalists reading this are watching with interest.

(Although they know seven will always win by a mile).

21? 21? Now you're just making numbers up. Go take your perverted integers somewhere else villain!

I just noticed Favre looks a bit retarded in that picture.

zero is as much a number as pi, or -1, or 1/137, is....

momule 2008-01-19 12:22:59 PM
Scutter: the one I hate the most is that evil seven. That bastard seven ate nine.

ftw......I had to laugh....did'nt want to but had to

klparrot 2008-01-19 12:23:37 PM
The best part is that instead of 0 (zero), the survey option has O (the letter).

Scutter 2008-01-19 12:24:04 PM
Bender: What an awful dream! 1s and 0s everywhere! And I thought I saw a 2...

Fry: It was just a dream, Bender. There's no such thing as 2.

the fact that there is a thread about this on a not-news site from a "news" site makes me smile and cringe at the same time.
