A friend just told me he saw someone in a white van get taken into custody last night. These might be pretty common, perhaps we're getting too excited.

The news here is saying that he is a suspect.

There was a heavy heavy presence of police that moved in on this guy so they must have been tailing him.

I just really hope it is him. If its not him, and the killings stop, the guy is farked. I mean, if you were the sniper and you heard that somone had been caught, it would be the perfect time to stop killing and get away with it.

The guy was sitting in his van talking on a pay phone out the driver's side window. The cops swarmed and surrounded him. They pulled him out through the passenger side door.

Speculation... he could have been calling the number that the sniper left on the Tarot card.

The van is a Plymouth Voyager. They're carting it away right now.

This is live on CNN at the moment. Van is up on a flatbed and interestingly enough, the feds did not cover up the license plate, so this guy's name will be all over the news whether they want it to be or not, once the media traces the plate.

Supposedly, he pulled up next to the phone booth with the number the cops had from yesterday. Don't know if that's enough to take him into custody. Apparently it is.

I'm impressed. Fark's "News Flash" isn't 3 hours late today.
