I belive their busy showering in all that money, fame, pussy, and critical adulation. Why do you ask?

Maybe they are on a world tour, or maybe their lead singer is curing aids with his mere touch.

All I know is that song was a whole lot of suck, and I think the singer was like, 75 years old.

Feargal Sharkey - definitely an acquired taste.

I still like the Undertones more than ... I like them a lot. A lot a lot. "Teenage Kicks" is a perfect song, and this one is just full of energy and fun.

Thanks for the reminder.

My U2 are still Number 1 on my list. And frankly, you 'U2 haters' can go shove it up your clackers.

BTW - hated that song/video. WTF was that?

I didn't know the Rock'em-Sock'em Robot formed a band.

They're no That Petrol Emotion, that's for sure.

The Undertones were a great burn out band. U2 is a great fade away band.

I don't think they ever got the memo that they were supposed to fade away.

Bono can lick my nuts.

BTW - I know that Crispian Mills is supposedly a real prick, but his post-Kula Shaker band, The Jeevas, did a pretty cool version of this song on their first album. Just an FYI.

I loves me the 'tones, and even dig Feargal, jacket and tutleneck notwithstanding...

U2 in 1979 was a farking powerhouse, by the way...if we're comparing apples to apples.

Well, it'll have to be another song that shows me the merits of Feargal Sharkey and his mates.
'Cuz that sucked.

Where is your U2 now?

They're still together, winning Grammy's, playing to full arenas and stadiums and keeping busy being the biggest farking band in the entire farking planet.
