Amazing

That was great. Am I the only one who thinks Ginger Baker would look right at home with a spiked collar yelling "WOMAN! WOMAN! WOMANWOMANWOMAN!!!"?

That was pretty cool, hadn't seen that before.

Oh, and Jack... John Phillips called, he wants his furry hat back.

(John Phillips didn't really call, I made that up. He's dead.)

I saw them live back in '66 or '67. Ginger Baker drank beer continuously through the whole set. Then towards the end of it, during one of the drum solos he got really crazy, wailing on the drums, and started throwing up on them. Kept on playing, it was just ...gross, but we couldn't look away.

//yeah, the good old days for sure.

Not to be confused with Sunshine of my Life.

That guitar resurfaces later here.

Jack Bruce playing an EB3. The only basses I've owned; one got ripped off, so I replaced it with another. Had the replacement over 25 years now.

Clapton looks like Sirius Black here.

I think it's awesome how the camera cuts Clapton out of the picture completely when he goes into his solo. Genius.

Sunshine Of Your Blair Witch Project Love.

Just shows how you can get away with mediocre singing if you have 3 really good musicians , who either know how to set up their rigs or have a good tech do it for them, and a really good sound guy to set the mix and levels.

Boy, it's a good thing that wasn't heavy or anything.

/Can Cream claim to be underrated?

Seems like without Baker holding them on the pace Clapton and Bruce would've ended that song at about double the speed they started.

Cream were a very good live band. this clip does not do them justice as it was filmed in a small club with no audience. Neither does the Albert Hall movie, which was not one of their best shows.
Check out Wheels of Fire, Live Cream or Live Cream II

That was siiiick, love their guitars.

Hard to believe that was only 3 guys. I know the cameraman didn't believe it because he was looking all over hell for more.

Oops, big clam there from Slowhand towards the end of his solo. Oh, well, it's still a great take. Jack and Ginger are groovin'.

Doesn't that happen in every rock vid ever?
