Whenever my boys get cocky about playing Guitar Hero III on expert (well, my oldest son plays on expert, my youngest plays on hard) I get my guitar out and play along with them. After owning them on YYZ while handing out candy Halloween night they don't talk too much smack anymore. :)

He doesn't just shred too. The guys one of the greatest guitar players of this generation. Took over for slashes position in guns n roses for like 2 years in 2001. Saw him live last year and it was like a religious experience. Some choice videos of Buckethead (not rick rolls):

Guns-n-Fags were one of the big reasons why Nirvana and grunge soared to popularity. The vortex of suck with bad hair music devoid of any lyrical meaning was just too much for people in first 2 years of the 1990s.

Fark Guitar Hero 3 - got my boy Rock Band for Xmas and playing together as a band is the roxors - course the bad strum bar issue on the guitar it shipped with did suck but other than that the game is so full of win it makes guitar hero 3 look lame

I dont think that the players of guitar hero think that their good at guitar. I DO however think that the game is lame as crushed ballsack. Some japanese guy spent all of 20 miniutes thinking of a way to market Dance dance revolution to horny 15 year olds like phillydrifter (good job with the slash is god comment man - im reminded of grade 10 and putting up with asshat metal fans masturbating for hours about just how great metalica was).

Well, it's true. Starting a successful band is hard work. Unless GH incorporates some way to simulate setting up/breaking down your own gear 4 nights a week or waiting for your junkie singer to answer the phone because he's late for the audition or getting a jump on your van during your tri-state tour...

Slash kicked my ass on Expert. I can get through all of the songs, but those duels are a lot harder than just surviving.

Raining blood sucks, by the way. I almost reached it on expert before I could beat it on hard. That's how much harder it is than any other song in the game.
