OMFG. I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry. On one hand, it's sheer stupidity to arrest a man for "annoying" these kids. On the other hand, I desperately want someone to send whoever arrested this man to Arizona to arrest my whole 8th grade class. They "annoy" me, and the rest of the school.
Not only do the the students offer to draw a penis, I have had to erase a number of them from the board, textbooks, desks, etc.
The school SRO has had to erase them from the school lockers and bathroom stalls.

/I concur with Taleri. I teach 8th grade and I have a couple particularly "annoying" kids who draw, talk about, and point to genitals all the time. One of my little geniuses wrote "Ass Mister" in large letters on a textbook. It was pretty funny though. I had to correct him and tell him how to spell meister.

In this teacher's defense, by the way, those poor little angels were probably making extremely lewd comments to him - referring to the size of his junk- or something. I can totally see the guy getting sick of it and going, "oh yeah, ya' want me to trace it for you?" He was probably sick of their comments. Compared to a lot of older teachers, he's really not bad looking, and girls in middle and high school are not "little snowflakes." They can be just as horny and inappropriate as the boys. I can think of a number of circumstances where his "offer" doesn't seem quite so freakish.
