I don't understand the issue, I have absolutely no problem falling asleep on the job. It just takes a serious level of commitment to sleep off the hangover at work.

Just for once I'd like to know how one happens to fall asleep during a burglary. For example, if I were to get blind stinking drunk in order to work up the nerve of braking into someone's home, and pass out due to intoxication on the victim's couch while doing so - I'd understand.

But if, during a robbery, you decide that it's a good time to take a nap...I mean, why hasn't Darwin taken you out already? Nobody can be that lucky.

Agrees very strongly with the sentiments in the headline.

Crystal-meth users stay up for days or weeks at a time. They are sleeping time-bombs. Prob the case in a sleeping robbery.
Drunks just go into the wrong house on accident and pass out.

Research project, kids, time to stop obsessing on sleep habits.

FTFA According to the spokesman, Hazell first broke into another occupied dwelling on McKinnon Street...

Interesting choice of words for a home - could be a doghouse for all we know. Yet it implies a certain (substandard) quality to the housing conditions in that neighborhood.

Assignment: find pics.

How about falling asleep stealing a car? Sometimes when the previous driver has the heat up, you're tired from pistol whipping him, and they have one of those vibrating seat covers, it just coaxes you to sleep.

once fell asleep at work with my forehead on a Mac keyboard. one letter appeared on the CRT, repeated, and scrolled on and on and on...

couldn't undo what I done. had a girl from IT come up to the parts warehouse. showed her what I done. told her what I done. she wouldn't believe me.

you could actually see an imprint on my forehead from the keyboard. stupid girl still didn't believe me. she fixed it - don't know how.

I get it. Because the dude across from the table fell asleep which resulted in that dude going to jail.

Oh man, I laughed.
