In addition to my last comment about time not existing so one can't travel in it... Well, let's say time did exist. It makes no sense and nothing thusfar in history has shown time to be a real thing that has points other than right now, but let's just assume for a moment that there is indeed some magical line of time on which it is possible to insert yourself on a given point.

I would suggest killing anyone and destroying everything with the potential to make this a reality immediately. I can't think of anything stupider someone could do that could have infinite negative impact like time travel. It's one of those things that humanity should just agree never to do for the sake of everyone.
