To summarize the article: Unidentified vehicle hits Keith's father's car and pushes it onto the wrong side of the freeway where it has a headon with a bus cruising on the right side of the road minding its own business -- and it's the owner of the bus who has to pay. Whatever song comes out of this, I bet John Edwards uses it in his campaign.

Wonder what GOP spokesman Toby Keith has to say about "greedy trial lawyers and frivolous lawsuits" now?

Guy crosses over into oncoming traffic and gets into a head-on with a freakin' bus, but he "would've lived if the bus had new brakes"???? WTF???
