Yes--He went there

Meh. For Republicans, it's only "yes - he went there" if somebody compares a fellow Republican to Jimmy Carter, Ted Kennedy, or Barbra Streisand.

I compare Romney to a giant pile of shiat...apologies to the shiat.

well, they WERE both governors of Arkansas, so the comparison isn't completely off base.

The Morman really seems to be squirming lately. Perhaps a few of his wives are on the rag this week?

Afternoon_Delight: I like Tony Blankely's take on it... (

That was actually pretty well written. And he nails the problem facing the GOP right now pretty well--that it is torn between at least two factions and recent events have deepened those divisions.

I fear he is preaching to closed ears about flexibility in Conservatism (or at least the differing concepts of what that term means). But that isn't really my problem. I really don't like either version of the stuff.

Romney better watch out...that kind of talk will get Huckabee elected. Though they only whisper it, a lot of upper-class GOP folk look back fondly on that eight years of peace and prosperity.

So Romney is actually endorsing Huckabee... Strange!

No one's like Bill Clinton. I just wish he was shilling for the right candidate.
