Just because I accidentally backed the car up in the neighbor kid's car the other day while Hubby was sick, and I had to by Sick Hubby groceries(soup, cheese for Grilled Cheese sammitches, etc)! Well if he wasn't sick in the first place, none of this would've happened!! It's all his GOTDAMMED fault!!..wha..wait a minute!!! What's that smell upstairs....***going upstairs to investigate***
um...kind readers, please disregard...it seems my wonderful Hubby found some absolutely DELICIOUS hickory smoked salt pork that was hidden in the freezer for some time!! I think I owe him a sammitch or two with a couple of **cough**beejays**cough** for my outburst...TAH!!

It wants me to wear pants.

Once, I accidentally cut my hand off with a powersaw. The only thing I had to use as a tourniquet was a strip of apple-smoked, wild boar bacon. By the time I got to the emergency room, my hand had grown back!!!!

My mom bought a big container of fake bacon bits back when Ceaser salads were all the rage. That crap tasted like congealed medicated muscle pain ointment.

My favorite way o cook bacon is to heat up the two cups of bacon grease that I keep in my fridge in a huge iron pan. When it is hot I throw in the bacon and basically deep fry it. MMMMMMM! Bacon deep fried in bacon fat is the best. No raw spots. Crisp tender or burnt it comes out the way I want it.

Best thing since bacon...pre-cooked bacon. You can eat it right out of the package in an emergency, and it stores in your cabinet so no worries about potential bacon spoilage in the fridge.
