Would you?

But he only drives the brand new Chrysler when he's driving through rough neighborhoods to get to the game.

At home, he has three Ferraris and two Maseratis in his 10-car garage.

There are good 100k cars out there. But a Chrysler is never a good idea.

BMW M5 would have been a good ride.

more likely it was a Chrysler 300c on 22" rims and blinged out to the max which means it was a hey look at me car as opposed to a car 99% of people wouldnt have even noticed.

FTA The incident is only the latest in a series of attacks on professional athletes. Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor was shot and killed at his home in what is believed to have been a botched burglary.

yeah, this is just like that.

Yeah - if you like spending too much money on a car.

2001 Sebring....no problems so far - well, one - roof latch did break last year - during the winter. Nothing like having to drive around with the top down in 30 degree weather for 2 weeks while the dealership first orders the wrong part and has to reorder the correct one.

/glad it happened in March and not January.

"Thief despondent that the world now knows he carjacked a Chrysler."
If he'd had a Honda, he could have burned to death if the carjacker didn't rescue him.

"But a Chrysler is never a good idea."
I get entertainment out of the uniformed opinions on Fark.
The stupid smears with no info to back them up are so predictable.

"they made the dodge sportsman with a slant 6 in the dog house, so you could work on your engine inside the van on the side of the road."

FAIL.
Most all vans of that era had the engine inside under a cover and the slant 6's reputation for long life and toughness is legendary and common knowledge amongst the gear heads.

Chrysler 300 is just proof that American cars also can be fitted with neon lights 40" rims and pointless spoilers. Pretty much any time you see a 300 a white guy is laughing in the background

My mother was stuck in traffic while the PIMP C funeral procession was driving past. She said it looked like the procession was sponsored by the local dodge dealership because every other car out about 500 was a 300c or a Dodge Nitro.

Black people love them some chrysler products.

Chrysler Sebring Review http://cars.ign.com/articles/596/596217p1.html

I think that the funny part is that someone making millions of dollars a year is driving a Chrysler. If it's a guy making 25,000 a year and wants to look like he's driving a Bentley then sure the Chrysler 300 is fine. If you're making hundreds of thousands of dollars then how about springing for a car that everyone would look at as a nice ride?

I used to work as a valet, so I'm really getting a kick out of some of these replies...

Many of the Chrysler 300s I drove had cheap, falling apart interiors on brand new cars. I know some of you think they look "cool" and "tough", but they are actually just cheap Chryslers.

Chryslers are defined by their absolutely lousy fit and finish. The only thing the 300 has going for it is the SRT-8. It's a nut-stomping wild beast of a car, but still destined for junk in 3-4 years tops.

If you really want to buy one of these rattle-trap shiatcans, buy one second-hand. Let the guy who bought it new pay the massive Chrysler depreciation hit.

There's a reason that the Krauts at Daimler Benz opted to cut bait on Chrysler, you know.
