I don't think it's so much hanging flesh as pinched flesh...She raised her arm up, pulled that bit of skin up with the raising of the arm, and when she lowered it, her dress/corset/whatever was so tight that the skin couldn't slide back down in conjunction, and got pinched between the dress and her arm.

Well, everyone has some degree of loose skin in that area. She probably just has a lot of it because she dropped a bunch of weight at one point and her skin didn't "bounce back." Makes sense.

When that photo was taken I don't think anyone would have called Aguilera "fat", but she had no muscle tone whatsoever, so that any pressure put on her from a tight outfit just squeezed her out like toothpaste. Posh here is also spectacularly homely, so being in better shape isn't going to help that monkey face and those basket-boobs.

I love the reviews of the show on that page. Especially the one about how their voices sounded great. That's pretty easy to do considering that only two of them sing live at any part of the show. Sporty and Scary each sing a song from their solo albums and mostly do it live. The rest of the show is pure lip syncing. Found this out on another site from someone who worked the Vegas show.
