This is the second time someone went for a leap off that building that I know of. Its a 1/2 mile down the road. Here they call that type of place a "Council flat." In Chicago it would be called "The Projects." I'm surprised Santa lived for nearly 4 hours after 13 floors of free flight... maybe the underwear was extra lacy and had more drag.

What I want to know is how the guy ran into a stairwell and the next thing they know he jumped off the roof in his place. In most places isn't the stairwell in the hallway somewhere? Hope they didn't push him off.
