If a homeless guy at the bus station was yelling about how he spoke to God and God chose him to smite all the enemies, the average person would assume said homeless guy was crazy.

I feel like calling him stupid gives him a bit of a free pass. The guy got decent marks at the Harvard MBA program, and had an SAT score that'd put him in the top quartile. He's not stupid, he's just plain awful.

I don't know if Bush is "crazy".
He's more like a willfully ignorant, arrogant, superstitious, prick, who smirks at the camera to divert attention while his buddies rape your mom and steal everything in the house. Being a self-serving, stupid, bully doesn't make him crazy, it makes him a very good representative of the average American.

I'm probably going to vote Kucinich, seeing as how Obama's about to cave and the American people are going to vote for Hillary out of a f*cked sense of both nostalgia and spite.

I wonder sometimes whether or not the last 6 years have had an irrevocable affect on the American political process, or whether it can ever recover. It feels like Bush is trying to ruin the world in its entirety.

Out of all the pictures of presidential candidates and their wives, Kucinich and the Hot Mrs. are the sort of couple where you look at them and say,

"...he must have a HUGE cock."

I don't know what he has (and given what a little runt he is, I doubt that a huge cock is the answer), but I think he should use this to his advantage in his campaign. Here, I'll even write the ad copy for him:

Hi, I'm Dennis Kucinich. Unlike, say, Fred Thompson, I don't have a lot of money or fame that I could've ever used to attract a trophy wife. Plus, let's face facts, I'm a dweeby-looking, 5'2" runt. And I live in goddamn Ohio, for Chrissake. Yet, notwithstanding all of these handicaps, I managed to land this woman [*fade to pic of Elizabeth Kucinich*] as a wife--a 6 foot tall, smart, hottie redhead who is about 20 years younger than I am.

How did I do it? Well, let's just say it's my secret. But if I could pull off an accomplishment like this, solving Social Security, ending the war in Iraq, providing health care for all, and figuring out a way to balance the budget would be a cake walk for me by comparison.

Vote for me, Dennis Kucinich, the guy with the hot redhead wife, because I know how to get stuff done--even stuff that nobody ever thought would be possible.

I'm Dennis Kuchinich, and I approve of this message.

I really think he should run with this. You gotta play to your strengths.

Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is a biatch, ain't it. Especially when followed up with Teenage Alcohol Syndrome, College Alcohol Syndrome and Thirties Cocaine Syndrome. You gotta expect some of his already-substandard cranial wiring to go 'zzzzapp!'.

But he's 'just plain folks' and a good kreeestian, so it's all ok.

If I had the time and talent, I'd PS a pic of Air Force 1 into being short and yellow.

Yes, it is more important to discuss his height than the possibility of a candidate restoring dignity to the White House.

Once again:

His platform for 2008 includes:

Creating a single-payer system of universal health care that provides full coverage for all Americans by passage of the United States National Health Insurance Act.

The immediate, phased withdrawal of all U.S. forces from Iraq; replacing them with an international security force.

Guaranteed quality education for all; including free pre-kindergarten and college for all who want it.

Immediate withdrawal from the World Trade Organization (WTO) and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

Repealing the USA PATRIOT Act.

Fostering a world of international cooperation.

Abolishing the death penalty.

Environmental renewal and clean energy.

Preventing the privatization of social security.

Providing full social security benefits at age 65.

Creating a cabinet-level "Department of Peace"

Ratifying the ABM Treaty and the Kyoto Protocol.

Introducing reforms to bring about instant-runoff voting.

Protecting a woman's right to choose while decreasing the number of abortions performed in the U.S.

Ending the war on drugs.

Legalizing same-sex marriage.

Creating a balance between workers and corporations.

Ending the H1B and L1 Visa Programs

Restoring rural communities and family farms.

Strengthening gun control.

Granted, some of it is pie in the sky - but I wholeheartedly agree with the majority of his intentions for this country. Keep voting for fear and death if you want.

I'll stick with shorty.

Coming from a guy who had to revise his estimation that we could be out of Iraq in a few months, I think it's pretty obvious how much thought he's put into whether or not he can hold to any of his positions.

helix400 2007-10-30 05:20:52 PM
Yep, here it is:

Kucinich, she writes on page143-144 of the book, "had a close sighting over my home in Graham, Washington, when I lived there. Dennis found his encounter extremely moving. The smell of roses drew him out to my balcony where, when he looked up, he saw a gigantic triangular craft, silent, and observing him. It hovered, soundless, for ten minutes or so, and sped away with a speed he couldn't comprehend. He said he felt a connection in his heart and heard directions in his mind." http://blog.cleveland.com/openers/2007/10/kucinich_see_ufo_new_book_clai.html

I wonder how accurate that author is...

Am I the only one who found it absurd that the reporter questioned whether Kucinich's words were irresponsible? I mean, one guy is ramping up for the next showdown at the OK Corral/Armageddon, and the other is saying, "Wait a minute. This guy is the POTUS, and he's publicly babbling like a tool about the conditions to kick-off WWIII. Just what the hell is really going on here? Is it him... or is it us?"

If that's out of line, then it's already too late. We're the walking undead.

Bush is a textbook case of antisocial personality disorder:

Diagnostic criteria (DSM-IV-TR)
The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV, currently DSM-IV-TR), a widely used manual for diagnosing mental and behavioral disorders, defines antisocial personality disorder as a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since age 15vc, as indicated by three (or more) of the following:

1. Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest
2. Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure
3. Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead
4. Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults
5. Reckless disregard for safety of self or others
6. Consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain steady work or honor financial obligations
7. Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another

Sound familiar?
Might wanna also take a peek at "alcohol-induced persisting dementia" and, relatedly, Wernicke's encephalopathy.
