So here's an incentive to buy the book: I'll buy you a beer if you do.

This'll of course mean that you'll have to run into me in a bar somewhere so I can do it, but if you come to a Fark party or just happen to be passing through Lexington and have a copy of the book, I'll buy you a beer. Someone's bound to ask what if we buy multiple copies, I have no idea why anyone would do that but yes I'll buy you multiple beers.

The good news is even if we never meet up you'll still get multiple gut laughs out of this book. Many people have reported laughing out loud at parts of the book to the point where they've bothered other people on airplanes and subways. And hey, Stephen King liked it.

This book is an example of the cashing-in that has been going on at Fark for the last year or so. If you have ever read Fark, you have read most of this book. If you haven't read Fark, or even heard of it, then there is really no reason to believe that a guy that hosts a message board for a living knows squat about news.

The edge that Fark had before is gone. This is directly related to Mr. Curtis and his heavy handed mods cutting out the edginess in favor of ad revenue. Fark has jumped the shark and this book is simply proof of that.

Way ahead of ya Drew.
