Uh...no. At our club, they can touch the outside of her hips or sides while she is doing a lap dance but none of the other stuff. As an ex-stripper (male) we are well aware of what the legality is and how far we can allow a patron to go. The basic uniform is a thong. We were allowed to pull down the back of the thong and expose our anal area, as that is not legally considered a sexual organ. We were NOT allowed to expose our genitals although a patron could touch our genitals through the fabric. I live in Bellevue, so I know how stupid Seattle's laws are about them, but down in Portland there's a ton of them.
