ATHF movie? What are they thinking? I like the show, but you cannot stretch a 12-minute TV show into a 90-minute movie. Especally a show that usually doesn't have much of a plot.

Well they kind of did it with South Park.

I hope they didn't ruin it with a plot.

see the problem with them doing a movie is you'll be high enough when you walk in, but you can't burn in the theatre, so people are going to start sobering up midway through and realize that aqua teen isn't as funny as they thought. that's why it's only a 15 minute show. You get baked, laugh your ass off for 15 minutes and yeah.

Now if pot were legal as it should be, I'd go, but as it is, this'll be one I'll wait for the dvd... just so I can see it as they meant it to be seen

Eh. Old episodes are still great. The new stuff's just 32Oz Mouse with flashy art and a few used up characters who never ever ever ever get developed.

I think that's why I got bored of it.
And yes, it's the same reason I get bored of all the other animated series that don't develop their characters.

Aqua Teen is like Homestar Runner. Unfunny people that think they're funny; a small minority agree with them for some bizarre reason.

I understand people poo-pooing and pish-poshing this. I'm sure the same thing happened when Shakespeare's plays were first performed. What we are witnessing (or will witness) in this film isn't some decline in our civilization but the necessary precursor to the fall; the peak. After this movie, all films that came before will be seen as inevitably (if comparatively crudely) leading up to it and all films after as simply derivative wannabes.

I'm not in the business of seeing whatever pleases you.
