But are there any cops antwhere that will see that(origionally) and go and charge the plow driver with reckless endangerment? Thought not...

Where is the vid with the guy walking down the sidewalk and getting hit by one plow to the ground and then the next plow coming along and burying him more..Luckily someone saw him get buried..
