"While most game shows measure how smart you are, this is a show that will measure how dumb you are," said Peter Liguori, Fox entertainment president.

Spoiler alert! The viewers are 100% dumb.

FTFA:
Actual elementary school students will be on hand as "experts" for the adults to consult with.

If they're such experts, how come they're still in school?

Thank Goodness that Fox is not acquiring fake elementary school students.

I'll bet I could beat one up too!

Isn't this basically Battle of the Jaywalk Allstars?

Or Street Smarts with less pop culture questions.

Or "fewer" if you prefer fifth grade grammar.

I wonder how much Hannity will charge now that he's doing 2 shows for them?

this will be the greatest game show ever aired.

Very nice. I'm going to bed now, secure in the knowledge that America just got a wee bit dumber.

"Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?",

I'd imagine so, how else could I have lured him into my van?

I hope President Bush is the first contestant. Zing.

Look on the bright side: perhaps contestants that are embarrassed on this show will take steps to rectify the situation. Perhaps by reading more books or going to a museum or... ah, who am I kidding?

Funny, I always thought "College Jeopardy" was too easy. Now this?

Master Metroplex 2007-01-21 03:38:16 AM
So, does this show have a bonus round where you get to program Fox's ever changing schedule?

Chester Fields 2007-01-21 04:24:08 AM
Why would anyone go on this show. If you win, you've proved you are as smart as a fifth grader. Nobody cares. If you lose, you look like a bigger idiot. Everything to lose, nothing to win.

moosehole 2007-01-21 04:58:29 AM
Chester Fields, I think you win money or something.

Most game shows measure how smart you are. Film at 11.

They should Have a team of their audience pitted against the team of Jon Stewart, vs Colbert.
