I think Fark actually had the story about it from the Mainichi a couple of years ago. It wasn't just dairy products but other fatty foods and such as well (apparently the large number of MacDonald's and Starbucks has been contributing to the situation over the years).

The problem, as I see it, is not that breast sizes are too small (as with everything having to do with the human body, it's proportion, not gross size, that matters). The problem is that a very large number of women have been mercilessly beaten with fugly sticks, a problem that the enhancements that this gum purports to provide will not solve.
