Bring back the H-bomb, baby! And let Marv Albert ride it to impact.

EQAddict 2002-06-16 10:29:39 PM
Yeah, that's real smart. Nuke Iraq and kill a couple million innocent people who are already suffering from our "sanctions" that do more harm than good.

Ass.

Out Of Bounds [TotalFark] 2002-06-16 10:31:49 PM
Neutron Bomb because we don't ant to hurt their elaborate infrastructure.

Phalkin 2002-06-16 10:54:14 PM
'Bout time this happened. The sanctions are killing innocent people. I much prefer a nice, clean headshot to all the talk and trade-war.

Nuking Iraq, on the other hand, is just a bad idea.

frawgster 2002-06-16 11:17:37 PM
I'll have to get a lot of popcorn for the light show. It'll be a doozy!

Galland 2002-06-16 11:17:41 PM
I'd like to see him taken out by a guy in an expensive suit and a silencer on his gun. The CIA needs a lot more guys in expensive suits with silenced weapons. Hey, it works for Bond!

tetrasutra 2002-06-16 11:18:11 PM
Earlier this year, Fox News Channel reported that "special non-military units" were entering Iraq through Turkey to gather intelligence in Baghdad and form a resistance to Saddam.

Nice job Fox! Why not just kill the agents yourselves?

SLF 2002-06-16 11:18:24 PM
Isn't he just cleaning up his dad's mistakes?

unperturbed 2002-06-16 11:18:26 PM
How about a neutron bomb.

I agree with Galland.

When there's talk of removing heads of state from power, we should do it in style.

SLAYERSWINE: How charming. No one wonder you haven't been laid since that weekend in the rectory with Father McDonald.

Anyone else getting DNS errors? Looks like that DOS attack has begun again.

Then again its fox news, so who gives a rats ass?

josh_s08 2002-06-16 11:22:01 PM
I think that all that is needed is a spec op raid into where ever he is. We dont need a ground war there again. it would be a waist of money for us. All we need is something like black hawk down, but this time, it works.

SLF 2002-06-16 11:22:07 PM
Does anyone actually believe that it's only Saddam who is holding Iraq back from being a lovely, western style democracy?

frawgster 2002-06-16 11:22:52 PM
Hmmm...I'm with Galland and Palexc. It should be done in style. I'd like to see a man in a black suit and black tie, wearing black sunglasses drive up in a sweet black Ferrari with oil slicks, smoke machines, machine guns, rockets, etc...drive up and put one bullet right between Saddam's eyes. Now THAT would get some ratings.

palexc 2002-06-16 11:23:12 PM
Father McDonald?

I was always creeped out as a kid by that clown, now I know why.

tfangel 2002-06-16 11:23:12 PM
Better yet, why not nuke a few of our own cities, blame some swarthy type the rednecks will belive did it anyway and boost his ratings. They you all can feel yourselves up while watching the people burning on Fox.

I think Bush should go head to head with Hussein in a cage match. Then again, Bush is a little biatch and Hussein probably fights dirty.

Tetrasutra: You can blame Bob Woodward of the Washington Post for this story.

lol, this bond talk is funny...will this car have cameras, kinda like a Big Brother car?

holyman887 2002-06-16 11:25:08 PM

palexc 2002-06-16 11:25:11 PM
No, it has to be a BMW or Aston Martin. No cheap crap. Needs to be done from a rooftop across the street, and those drone planes we have can get a cool camera angle.

what the hell is wrong with bush, he's about a subtle as mike tyson

G2V 2002-06-16 11:27:47 PM
The world at large hates us enough as it is, and will hate us more after we move offensively against someone who's not immediately threatening our existance. Using a nuclear weapon, which is understood to have large area uncontrollable, long lasting debilitating effects would compound that.

Just use a bullet, it might cut down on future U.S. suicide bombings. =p

I am growing more and more uncomfortable with
the united states of america

I really can see a big brother style govt coming soon.

The world may not be able to stop the united states
if the UN ever declared it a rogue state.

oh my... was that an FBI agent knocking down my door?

I really f'n hate people that blame us for their problems. Why not blame who the REAL PROBLEM stems from: The current Iraqi government.

All you anti-American idiots can kiss my ass. Its not our sanctions that are "killing innocent people." Its their government and its wonderful, oh-so-friendly leader, Saddam.

pigpen 2002-06-16 11:34:42 PM
The Man From Mars: Nah, that's not the goal anymore. Now we have to get anyone who doesn't agree with us, and finish drug-addled Daddy Bush's business.

Potbreath 2002-06-16 11:34:49 PM
OK Saddam Hussein is a nut-licking son of a bastard who deserves the worst that could happen to him. He has definately used bio/chem weapons against HIS OWN PEOPLE and doesn't even feel remorse about it. He is the worst kind of despot and a paranoid pyscho on top of all of that. The man should die.

That being said, when the USA throws around these kind of threats about ousting the leader of a sovereign country, I really start to get worried that we go too far. We are backers of democracy and freedom around the globe, but we should not be the world's police force. It is not our place to judge another country and its leaders, until said country strikes against our nation. When you cross the line from protector of liberty to crusader of war, you run the gambit of becoming worse than those you sought for injustices in the first place. There should not be one all powerful country that makes the judgements of what is right and what is wrong around the globe, and to punish when they see wrong.

There is a sanctioned body of nations that makes those desicions and they're called the United Nations, and that desicion making power of right and wrong should lie with them and only only them. In taking the mantle of power and judgement from the UN in situations like these, the US only steps closer to becoming a global tyrant who answers to none. I rue the day that happens and I lose the best country man has ever created, the US of fvcking A.

frawgster 2002-06-16 11:34:59 PM

You mean they haven't done this yet? Hmmm...surprising...very surprising indeed.

Horray for the US's transition from Republic to Empire!

We're beating the holy hell out of the Romans' 700 year transition! Go USA! Go USA! We're #1!
