Useless without said picture.

Robnoxious [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 05:45:41 PM
... actually. A photo is there, but there is a second photo ... somewhere.

zipoff 2005-11-30 05:46:22 PM
Funny that the article has the picture.

This seems to be another photo NSFW if your boss has REALLY good eyes. (pops)

Robnoxious [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 05:51:51 PM
Here is that second photo

Yeah, speech codes rule. God bless them. Is it vital to academic honesty to regulate what people's speech.

...And that looks like one of the highrises right across from the Hillel. Was just there a month ago... and no, it's not me in the picture.

Whoever took that picture was likely not trying to peep, they just looked out their window and were pleasantly surprised.

Coolhaus [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 08:36:51 PM
Ah, nothing like some blurry telephoto pressed-ham porn.

You have no idea how hard it is to find this sort of stuff.

Southpaw018 [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 08:40:43 PM
Dude, if you fark in front of an open window in full view of the world and god, and you get your picture published, then here's what you do:

"Oops."

And that's it.

Brain.Wav 2005-11-30 08:42:14 PM
What did the Drexel student do to get the UPenn student off his porch? He payed for the pizza.

/Totally offtopic, but I'm compelled to post it.

Speaker2Animals 2005-11-30 09:50:58 PM
"payed"????

lord phobos the douche 2005-11-30 09:52:16 PM
It would have been more funny if after he snapped the picture he got another one of them falling through the window. What would the headline be on that one?

darwin'd!

When posting about how dumb your rival school's students are, it's best to spell "paid" correctly.

/You were the pizza man, weren't you?

Edwin Baker, a Law professor at the University specializing in issues of free speech, said that he believes that what occurred was a public event and the photographer was therefore not out of line in taking the pictures.

As much as it chapped my butt, I had to agree with this statement and previous statements like it, until this came along:

The memos also note that the photographer said he took a picture of the entire high-rise building so that others could tell which room it was.

OK, now that is malicious. Plain and simple.

I suspect that the boyfriend might be waiting for the opportunity to catch this dude near some dark ally and kick his butt thoroughly.

DrBrownCow 2005-11-30 09:56:45 PM
Not an invasion of privacy. Clearly not a 'peeping tom' photo. Not sexual harassment.

He was a dummy for hosting it on the school's servers, although the image is hardly pornographic. I wouldn't have known it was a sexual act if it wasn't mentioned in the article. Just looks like somebody hanging out in the buff.

Are the subjects of the photograph are being charged for indecent exposure, or something similar?

is, dammit

T.M.S. [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 10:03:04 PM
I might ask what difference it makes who is the pizza provider and who is the pizza consumer.

Is the quality of the education dependent entirely upon who can pay for it?

scseth 2005-11-30 10:09:30 PM
What would collegehumor do if you couldnt post pictures of your naked friends?

Itchycoo 2005-11-30 10:20:48 PM
anyone else think when they first saw the picture in the article that it was a dude with his ass in the front?

nucal 2005-11-30 10:23:26 PM
This hoo-hah is yet another example of why Penn is at the bottom of the Ivy League.

NubianzWithAttitude 2005-11-30 10:27:26 PM
Nice ass.

/hopes that's the woman

GeeTeeBeeSquared 2005-11-30 10:31:01 PM
Penn is Ivy league? I thought we drew the line at state schools.

metatronlord 2005-11-30 10:37:36 PM
"The worst [he] is guilty of is poor taste," Geier said.

Is this Geier person saying she was ugly?

FriarReb98 [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 10:40:10 PM
"You don't scare me, that could be anyone's ass!"

On the fifth day of Christmas,
My true love sent to me,
Five golden rings,
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two students boning,
And a partridge in a pear tree.

/Happy holidays anyway...

dokool [TotalFark] 2005-11-30 10:45:59 PM
metatronlord - I think in that quote Geier is referring to the photographer.

Penn State is a public school in State College. Penn is a provate Ivy in Philly.

1) Good on them. I have heard that kind of display refered to as "Ducks on a Pond".

2) Excellent handle.

Boning?

Why would they care if you publish a picture of them doing that?

kyouzo 2005-11-30 11:02:57 PM
I knew a girl who went to Penn.

She had enormous boobs.

Not really relevant - I just kinda wish it was her in that photo.

And that it was at all discernable.

And that it was a still frame from a longer, hotter movie.

/I go now

RidersOfLohan 2005-11-30 11:05:28 PM
isn't the girl sexually harassing everyone else with her big ol butt? what if you're walking by and you ain't gettin' any?

Boning?

red_two,

bone

1. To remove the bones from.
2. To stiffen (a piece of clothing) with stays, as of whalebone.

Billy-Bob Kenobi 2005-11-30 11:18:05 PM
Considering how prevalent digital cameras, digital camcorders, and camera cellphones are, is it really any surprise that farking in front of an open window will lead to one's naked ass being plastered all over the internet?
