The sweet thing about all this love for the Golden Girls is that all these years I thought I was the only kid watching that show back in the 80s and early 90s. TFA's right; it was surprisingly sexual for a show about "mature women." I remember when they were all posing nude for that sculptor and they each thought he was interested in them but then it turned out he was gay. That was one of my earliest memories of a gay TV character.
