My daugher (age 9)and some other Girl Scouts sold cookies soda and water at an antique
fair and made $32 for our local Red Cross to go to the hurricane victims. Learning to help others in need.

Ironic since the past few years the New Orleans city council had ordered a crackdown on such things. People showing any inappropriate skin were to be arrested for public nudity. They felt the flashing for beads was well... was against family values and all that.

Now said inappropriate anti-family values behavior might be helping to repair the damage.

This sounds like a win/win/win sitution. Red Cross gets some more money; buyer gets the boobies; GGW gets the buyer's contact info.

The question is whether or not buying the videos and giving away the contact info for spamming and the like is worth more than just sending in some cash to the Red Cross.

I doubt you mean the Red Cross. It's really FEMA that went through all the bureaucratic nonesense and refused a significant deal of help.

Also, to reiterate what Tommy Moo said, if you think that people that take advantage of drunk women and apply stupid amounts of pressure and don't bother to compensate women (all of which at least you can't say actual porn actresses have to deal with), then call them heroes. this just sounds like a publicity stunt.

Frankly, if you want to be real heroes, donate to a real charity like the Red Cross or a church organization that will use a larger part of your donation to help people.

Agreed. First thing I thought of- this is no genuine charity on their part. They would rather get credit for donating money to a charity that they already know they would otherwise just lose in an upcoming or ongoing lawsuit anyway.

Heh, anyone who's actually been down Bourbon St. knows that the occasional flash is much more docile than, say, the actual shops on Bourbon St.

I would walk by stores selling all kinds of ...novelties... with huge glass windows and wide open doors and a small sign that said "no one under 21 admitted".

Remember there are two sides to every story. Attendance at Mardi Gras had started dropping as people began to perceive it as lawless and dangerous, so of course the city started cracking down on farkwads like GGW.
