jgm1976, it's a parody of "Loonatics", the incredibly shiatty rip-off/futuristic sequel/bastardization of Looney Tunes... Google it, you'll see the resemblence immediately... meanwhile, RoBByBoy gets my vote...

It's based on the Loonatics concept sketch released by Warner Bros. They were about to "reimagine" the original Loony Toons characters and Japanimationize them. Bugs Bunny was going to be Buzz Bunny and so forth. A little 9 year old or something put up a petition and helped kill the idea.

jgm1976 - Warner Brothers announced that they were redesigning the look of the classic characters - Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, etc. A boy started a petition that got WB to back off.
