Thats an asian squat toilet, you can tell it apart from a middle eastern squat toilet by its raised urine splash shield and lack of built in foot pads. Oh that and the fact that it's clean and theres toilet paper. A middle eastern one would just have a water bucket sitting next to it. If you ever happen to be on a military base in Iraq and you want to know if the the porta potty has been used by an Iraqi, just look for a water bottle on the floor and two muddy footprints on the toilet seat.
