Wow, this PS rocks. I spent five years in submarine service, and if I were to count the number of hours I have spent in maneuvering, it may well total up to a full year. The "O" on the PS is from the Smithsonian. Up until a few years ago, even a photo of this stuff would be classified. I'll note this: The mock-ups in the Smithsonian have some differences from the S5W and S6G systems I served on. But, all the essentials are there, right down to the covered scram switch.

Keep up the good work, you PSers.

Oh, and I'm over 30, so I got elkman's reference.

I was a surface operator, so I can't really claim to be intimately familiar.
